Lauren Smith grew up in Virginia Beach, VA. She graduated from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
Lauren practiced in psychiatry for a few years in the Charlotte area before joining Carolina Attention Specialists. Having been diagnosed herself as an adult, she is passionate about the proper diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and understands the impact that it can have on a patient’s quality of life.
Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, their two cats, and her friends and family. She has an identical twin also in the Charlotte area. In her spare time, she likes to paddleboard and kayak at the White Water Center and work on Cricut projects.
